  40. Because Vital Connect has been designed to allow the complete novice to connect to the
  41. World Wide Web it`s parameters are absolutely rigid. Each copy of the program is tailored
  42. to the exact wants and needs of each individual customer and their computer!

  44.      Vital Connect is designed to take the hassel out of Surfin` the Net! It links together
  45. vital programs which you will find yourself using once you start Surfin` such as AmiFTP for
  46. uploading and downloading to and from your own website and others, such as Aminet, then, when
  47. you have downloaded files from the net they will, more often than not, be compressed with
  48. LHA, LZX, DMS, PowerPacker or some other archiver. Just one click on PACK/UNPACK brings up
  49. Jurgen Spath`s `ARCHIVER` an excellent program for packing/unpacking files.

  51.      For file handling you are just one click away from `DOPUS` and your favourite TEXT
  52. EDITOR is also one click away for modifying/updating your website!

  89.   VitalConnect is a combined Program Launcher and Internet Connection
  90.   utility. It is designed to be completely user-friendly and idiot-proof!
  91.   It is the quickest, easiest and cheapest way to @{"connect" LINK Fullset} to the Net!

  96.   You have to have the following to use VitalConnect

  98. All seven programs MUST be in the `VitalConnect` directory!

  100. IDEAL

  102. o  AmigaOS 2.0 (37) or higher
  103.  
  104. o  An AMIGA.....`020 or better
  105.  
  106. o  A Modem.........the faster the better but not less than 14,400bps
  107.  
  108. o  A 256 colour Workbench (Purely asthetic for the program, but necessary for the Net really!)

  112. Amiga `040/`060, graphics card, 56k Voice/Fax Modem, Hypercom fast serial port and a 15"or bigger Monitor!

  132.  Installation
  133.     ------------
  134.  
  135.   `VitalConnect Install` (requires Commodore's Installer), will
  136. automatically take care of all installation necessary to make the
  137. program `plug`n`play` and make it automatically start it`s NetLink
  138. dock upon `REBOOT`!
  139.   The Voyager demo and your version of Dopus should be installed or
  140. dragged into the `VitalConnect` directory now on your hard drive!
  141.   Thats all there is to it!

  144.  Usage
  145.     -----
  146.  
  147.   "Click and Play." The buttons are self-explanatory in the `Main`
  148. window and the icons to the left of those buttons are transferred
  149. to the `NetLink` window to accomplish the same functions!
  150.    Both `Close` buttons in and on the `NetLink` window will bring up
  151. the `Main` window, therfore, you can only quit VitalConnect completely
  152. from the `Main` window!
  153.    The `SetUp` button brings up `Miami.Int` where Miami must be
  154. configured to your ISP (Internet Service Provider). Of course, in the
  155. FULL `VitalConnect Package`, Miami, AmiFTP and YAM will be pre-configured
  156. to your ISP, e-mail addresses and your OWN Website designed by 
  157. SulliTech Online to your specifications.

  159.    The FULL package is TRULY `Plug`n`Play Surfin` time!
  160.  
  161. You will just click on `VitalConnect Install` then `REBOOT`, then all you
  162. have to do is click on `CONNECT`! Instantly on the Net, Instantly ready to
  163. collect your e-mails! Instantly able to upload and download to and from
  164. YOUR VERY OWN WEBSITE!, Aminet and others!

  170.    This demo is only limited by it`s inability to utilise the `NetLink`
  171. window. This limitation will be removed with a keyfile upon payment of
  172. the £10 Shareware fee (Dead Cheap!)!
